Junior Velazquez is the Founder and President of A to Z Family LLC, where he brings a unique blend of personal expertise to the surrogacy and fertility field.   As the husband of Romain Taillandier and father of their son Elliot, Junior’s passion for surrogacy is both personal and professional. His firsthand experience as a parent through surrogacy, combined with his professional knowledge, drives his commitment to helping other families realize that their dream of parenthood is possible. Junior has also been a key supporter in helping Romain achieve his vision and goals for the surrogacy field, working alongside him to create an accessible and transparent process for all intended parents.   Junior provides compassionate, expert guidance, ensuring that intended parents are supported through every step of the surrogacy process. His dedication to creating an inclusive and transparent experience for all intended parents and surrogates reflects his broader mission of making the journey to parenthood as smooth and fulfilling as possible. Outside of work, Junior enjoys spending time with his family, advocating for inclusivity in reproductive services, and making lasting memories with his loved ones.
